• What is meant by Seller is a User who posts content, products or services
• Sellers must register with an active email to upload content or post products and services
• The seller has the right to apply for account deletion by sending an email request via the contact form provided, the account deletion process takes 3-7 days during working hours.
• We have the right to suspend the Seller account if it is found out that they are doing things that are not reasonable such as hacking activities, fraud or possessing products / content that violate the law or religious values.
• All violation activities carried out by the Seller are fully the responsibility of the Seller

A.2. Buyer

• What is meant by Buyer is a User who makes contact with the Seller through the website
• Buyers are not required to register to browse products & services on the website except for chat interactions available on the website
• Buyers are strictly prohibited from making money transfers to sellers for certain products / services. We recommend that buyers make face to face contact if they want to buy a product / service.
• We are not responsible for any kind of fraud experienced by buyers. Follow the safety advice in the previous point
• Buyer has the right to apply for account deletion by sending an email request via the contact form provided, the account deletion process takes 3-7 days during working hours.
• We have the right to suspend the Buyer's account if we are found to be doing things that are not reasonable such as hacking activities, fraud or other things that violate the law or religious values.
• All violation activities committed by the Buyer are fully the responsibility of the Buyer

B. Registration & Account

• What is meant by Registration & Account is Registration & Account owned by the Seller and or the Buyer
• Account registration must be done via the website with the form provided
• At the time of registration, the customer or buyer must check the Agreement column in the Terms and Conditions
• Account registration is required to use a valid email in order to receive all email notifications from us
• We will maintain the confidentiality of accounts registered on our website
• We reserve the right to delete an account without prior notification if the account violates the provisions and or violates the law as mentioned above

C. Posts & Content

• What is meant by Posts & Content are Posts & Content found in all categories and carried out by the Seller
• Posts & Content must not contain elements of violence, pornography or hate speech
• Posts & Content may not violate laws and or religious values
• Posts & Content must be original and not plagiarism, we strictly prohibit Posts & Content that violate Copyright
• We reserve the right to deactivate or delete Posts & Content that violate the terms and conditions without prior notice

D. Paid advertising

• What is meant by paid advertising is an advertisement or post that is published by paying us money so that the post can be indexed better and occupy a strategic position on the posting page on our website
• Paid ad index will appear according to the paid budget
• What is meant by Ad Click Price Advice is Price which is Optional and not a requirement
• Sellers are required to fill in the Ad balance if they want to do Paid Ads with an amount of at least IRD 15,000
• The paid advertising balance cannot be withdrawn
• Advertising costs will be deducted according to the click price determined by the seller
• Our obligation to paid advertising is limited to determining a strategic position in accordance with the Budget paid by the seller, we are not responsible for the achievement of completion of a product or service
